They also offer DIY coaching for creatives, which offers work and life guidance for creative entrepreneurs. It is an email subscription series that comes in at $40 for 4 weeks of emails, adding up to 16 total emails. The emails include topics and worksheets on goal setting, time management, and decision-making, as well as weekly mantras and meditations.

Over on the site, the girls keep up an informative blog, full of colour and fun tips and inspirations and they also offer a newsletter that you can subscribe to, to receive insightful creative advice straight to your inbox!

3.  Now, let me introduce you to Jennifer Lee. She is the author of the ‘The Right Brained Business Plan’ and ‘Building Your Business the Right-Brained Way’ and the founder of Artizen Coaching.

She works with creatives who find the regular boring business plans absolutely cringe worthy and helps them create “moolah-making enterprises”.

It is Jennifer’s belief that launching, growing, and sustaining a business should be a fun and exciting exercise. Her method is to use visual learning and apply that to the traditional plan.

Before pursuing her own passions full-time, she consulted for ten years for Fortune 500 companies such as Gap Inc., Accenture, and HP, helping leaders and organizations manage change.

4.  Moving on, we have Donaleen Saul, who lives and works in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She is Canada’s first certified creativity coach.

Donaleen has a background as a writer and an editor and has been working in that industry, in a freelance capacity for over 30 years.

She became a certified creativity coach and Feng Shui consultant following her brother’s suicide, as these pursuits are about living a more engaged, conscious, and meaningful life.

She says that “supporting those who choose to live such a life makes my heart sing”.

As your creativity coach, Donaleen will help you with self-doubt, resistance, anxiety, fear, overwhelm, procrastination, disorganization, lack of focus, and other issues that can hijack your dreams and desires.

Through coaching, Donaleen will help you to reconnect with your creative passions, to set priorities and define realistic goals for your creative work, to start, continue, and complete a big project, and finally, to deal skillfully with possible criticism of your work,

Donaleen offers three coaching packages:

Terra Firma Creativity Coaching Package, which is a “power hour” coaching sessions. Useful if you need help making a decision, defining a transition, or if you simply need support.

It comes at a cost of $95.

The next package in the Lunar Creativity Coaching Package, which includes 30 days of unlimited email coaching, preliminary email coaching, a mid-month 30 minute phone or Skype call to check in and refocus, an email to reflect on the phone/skype call, and an end of month 30 minute phone of Skype call to discuss results and the next steps to be taken.

This package comes at a cost of $175.

Lastly, there is the Three Moon Creativity Coaching Package, which includes 90 days of unlimited email coaching, preliminary email coaching to determine your history, goals, and challenges, a mid-month 30 minute phone or Skype call to check-in, refocus, and set the stage for the remainder of the coaching period, a follow-up email, An end of month 30 minute phone of Skype call to reflect on your progress and discuss next steps, and finally, a summary emails discussing your progress over the passed three months and some tips on moving forward.

This package comes in at $475.

With Donaleen’s unlimited coaching emails during the coaching period, I think that she probably offers the best value to cost of any of the coaches on my list. I haven’t a clue how she is able to keep up on all of the emails she must get, unless she restricts the number of clients that she takes on at any one time, in which case, you are likely receiving literal one-on-one support. Cool!
